Photography is amazing.  Its not so much as the flaws or beauty that is shown on a photo that is captivating to me, as much as the way the photo conveys its story.  Below are some photos of the ever so popular photographer Martin Schoeller 

They are amazing, the focus on the eyes, the way the face gets lost with focus.  I mean you can see why he is a well known photographer.  Last month I was able to attend his opening gallery for his exhibit "Twins".  It was quite the showing and I was able to meet Martin Schoeller himself and really appreciate some fine photos.  Here are some pictures from the lovely evening at hand :)

Mcdonalds and Paramount Like to Party

Back in March I had the pleasure of attending Paramount Studios McDonald's Launch Party.  It was my first time to Paramount, and boy was it a blast.  I had to cover some red carpet coverage which I am not too fond of ( I hate paparazzi).  Other than running into my fair share of celebs, I was able to run around the carnival like playgrounds of the event, get some free Mickey D's, and enjoy 2 amazing performances; and yes I ran into Pedro Again!!

CHC ambassador Herbie Hancock

CHC is an incredible philanthropic organization, reaching out to the homeless youth with opportunities and guidance.  I have not heard of them till this event, but once I found out about the cause, and who who was being honored I felt extremely proud to attend the event.  CHC ambassador and Honoree Herbie Hancock was honored, among guest celebs and honorees, and a performance.  At dinner an auction was held in which it raised over $70,000 in 1 hour. Of course I was there to photograph, so my contribution to CHC is spreading the word of such a great group!! enjoy the pics and check the links!
